Space Optimized: Bathroom and Laundry Nook

Within a small space these homeowners wanted to add an additional bathroom and build out a dedicated space for laundry. We built out the new bathroom including running new plumbing, adding heated floors and built a new nook for the laundry area. The space turned out beautiful with clean simple tile and pops of color from the wall paper.
